👋 Hello — I’m Aleksei Nitsa.

I’m the founder of Data Professions Lab, a U.S.-based consulting and education company helping businesses and professionals boost productivity and growth through smarter learning systems.

Over the past decade, I’ve built and led educational programs, startup accelerators, and team training experiences for thousands of students, founders, and organizations across Europe, Russia, and now the United States.

I specialize in designing custom learning programs, training systems, and startup education tracks — helping my clients simplify their knowledge, scale their impact, and build sustainable education platforms that actually work.

I now live and work in Charlotte, North Carolina, and continue my mission to help founders, experts, and teams unlock what’s next — through education, productization, and systems thinking.

🧭 My Journey
I started as an engineer, but quickly realized my passion was designing systems that teach, grow, and scale.

Since 2013, I’ve led educational programs at:

• Teplitsa – Technologies for Social Good, where I created 1,000+ articles, 100+ videos, and 60+ webinars
• Impact Hub Moscow – where I co-launched one of Russia’s first social entrepreneurship schools
• Digital October – as Director of Educational Programs, building technical programs with partners like Sberbank
• Higher School of Economics (HSE) – where I taught 600+ students and launched HSE Startup Community
• New Professions Lab – where I designed and ran data training programs for professionals and corporations

Now, I bring this global experience to clients in the U.S. — with a startup mindset, outcome-driven style, and strong belief in the power of well-designed education.
